License Agreement

Has anyone tried running Bodyshop since installing Nightlife and got the new licence agreement dialogue box?

If I'd clicked 'Don't Agree' would I have not had a Bodyshop to play with?  Needless to say, I was a wuss and clicked on 'Agree'.
