Stuck phone books.

Having a problem with phone books stuck where children would use them to put on their chairs to play chess. After they stop playing, the books don't go away. The stuck object remover doesn't take it away, The lot debugger doesn't fix it, and they can't be moved with move objects switch. Only hacks I use are FFS.  Any thoughts?

Last night I noticed the phone books were still on a chair in one of my homes.  When I moved the chess table and chairs, the phone books moved too, but I  didn't try to delete them. 

Have you tried having two adult Sims play at that table?  Wonder if that would provide a fix.

I'm pretty sure I heard/read somewhere that the phone books are actually attached to the chess table itself, and not the chairs.  So forcing an error on the table (or replacing it) should clear them up.

I had to delete the chess table to remove the phone books when it happened in one of my houses. Having two adults play chess won't work, one of them will complain that the chair is blocked.

Yeah, only thing I've found is replacing the table. Was wondering if it was an issue for others and seems like it is.
