Problem Hiring Employees -- Error logs attached

So, I've got something preventing me from hiring any employees on the phone. I am definitely not awesome, so any help in identifying and correcting this problem would be greatly appreciated.

My last few downloads - and the majority - have all been from here, but I can't even remember the last time I tried to hire people, let alone the hacks I've downloaded since...

This could be an effect of using the wrong edition of "nolamehires" for your patch level. Patch your game or download the appropriate p1 version.

Ah. Oops. Wasn't aware there was another patch out. Downloading that now, thanks!
