INSTRUCTIONS:

FEATURES:
Are your salespeoples' lists of unwanted friends getting unnecessarily large
and bloated from all the random people they meet on the job? Playable sims
performing sales actions will not gain +rel above ~35 unless they are
already friends, preventing them from acquiring a bazillion unwanted
often-townie friends.
COMPATIBILITY:
Compatible with all FFS hacks. Tested for TS2OFBp2.
SIDE EFFECTS:
May cause computer damage, incontinence, explosion of user's head, coma, death,
and/or halitosis.
WARNING:
Do not open, crush, dispose of in fire, put in backwards, short-circuit, or mix
with non-awesome hacks - may explode, leak, or catch fire, resulting in injury
and/or death.
IcemanTO:
Does this prevent also to have a totally full phone book when the owner has the "contacts passing" perk?

Probably not, since that's kinda the point of the networking perk -- to be able to talk to anyone in the neighborhood, whether you know them or not.
PlayLives:
What about the other way around?
You have townie employees performing sales interactions on those that visit your store (including playable sims). Does it prevent the sales-person townies from becoming friends with your playables that way also?
J. M. Pescado:
No, doesn't work the other way around. Normally you don't have playables visiting most stores. Interesting idea, though. Not sure how that would affect your loyalty gains.
