Anti Business Decay

I don't want any decay at all - it's going to be the trustworthy owner's son managing the business and the dad has retired and doesn't want to bother phoning in. Is there something I can tweak in the anti-decay to make the business just go on earning daily?

Just look for where I call 1d2 and relink the result accordingly to bypass.
