The way round it has to be is confusing. Mine wasn't working until I turned it round - they need loads of space to get into it.

I''ve had this happen a few times. The sim would walk to the dj booth, get there, not do anything, and the booth becomes unselectable.
The only way I've managed to fix it is to turn testingcheats on and then force an error and reset it. Works fine after that.

Well I haven't had chance to test it, mine was an adult sim just visiting the lot. I have decided to uninstall OFB now anyway, cos I really don't like it :D Everything was working fine when I just had Uni and NL, OFB has broken everything! >:(
