Process Denied:
I had that happen with Gvadovian Tricou in Veronaville one time (this is before NL) and I started over, so I never bothered with it,but It was a brand new hood so I think it can happen to anyone at any time.  The InSIMinator used to have a option to max out their bar and that worked when I had that happen with Jane Stacks in Pleasantview--but they don't have that option anymore(guess it was too buggy--but very handy)
