Game freezes at 5:59pm

IT WORKED! :o The clock ticked over to 6:00pm, and I kept playing until it reached 8:00pm just to be careful. This was with aging off, so it must be something to do with the aging, rather than graphics/CPU etc. At least it's narrowed down, which is good.
