I notice too it was not included and neither is the gradmemoryfix though they are listed to be safe to use.

It was supposed to be, but it probably got lost in the packing material. I'll put it in the next update along side the Skillination of Badges and Other Assorted Shinies Specifically For OFB.

Was this really fix with the OFB patch are do we still need it?

I think it was fixed with the OFB patch, I have put 2 lots of students through a semester, and they all went to exams as normal :)
