Duck: You get more after X number of posts. I think the second pair came on after 300, and I don't remember what the amount was for the third. You, too, can have three ripped lips like me if you sit around your computer all day and have no life.

I've been finding the same problem with the hospital career, but I wonder if it has something to do with the number of sims already in that career?

I dunno, I thought that too...I only have two Sims currently in that career though, plus one retired and one dead, and however many townies are in that career ??? I'm pretty sure too that I've had several Sims in the same career in one neighborhood, but maybe not.
