Making Collections from Residential to Community Lots

THANKS THIS IS GREAT

I have tried and tried....now I need some expert help.....

I went to Pleasantview, made my objects into needed collection folders, they defaulted to sims2/collections.  I went into the game, went to a community lot and nothing....

Did i miss a step or what am I doing wrong? Huh

Do you mean you wanted to put residential objects on community lots? I don't think you could do it through the collections folders. You can use the changelotzoning cheat.

Ctrl-shift-c
type in changelotzoning residential/community  Smiley

[edit] OK I just read your other thread, and it appears you are aware of this cheat-ignore me Smiley

Better late than never, are you aware that there are hacks at www.ModTheSims.com  I found them a few months ago and can now make hotels, (not funtioning as you would think, but there are beds and restaurants), and really make the community lots more personal.

Well, playable sims can use the beds for woohooing!  (And they do sleep afterwards.)
