There is no cracked version yet, people at SimsIsland have no idea how to crack it so they simply gave up. ::)

Can't find a file labeled skuversion and altering Default.ini does nothing.
Here is the patched version of the demo originally uploaded by Sims Island. The only "cracked" part about it so far as I can tell is that they ran TS4CAS.par through this site which is supposed to remove the Origin requirement for games but does not work for this demo.

Plus I think someone already got their origins account suspended because of that cracked demo. I personally am staying away.
