There's a torrent, but it hasn't been cracked yet. They're having difficulty bypassing the Origin activation requirement, and haven't been able to get in touch with the people who did it for SimCity. You can still download it and poke around in the .package files, though.

Games that haven't been properly released or leaked are all Lies and Propaganda, and threads regarding such are supposed to go in Retardo Land. But this demo seems more of a gray area to me, as it has been leaked in an ineffectual manner.
On topic, Sims Island has made a breakthrough with the crack and it's now in "testing." The bad news is that the crack is for the updated demo, so yesterday's torrent is useless, and the demo will be in Portuguese. Their Facebook page is where they're posting updates. Facebook strikes me as an odd place to announce updates for your attempts at pirating video games, but kids these days do all sorts of crazy things.
