I'm sorry I haven't been participating lately, I always mean to but what with work, a reinstall of my PC that does not include sims 3 so far and the fact that I have been teleported to Neverwinter Nights online, means that there has been no opportunity to build recently. I still follow the threads with interest and vote. :)

The houseboat is expensive like Onassis yacht… but it worth, because is big and can be occupied by a big family or by many guests. Think about what party you can hold on the terrace….
It is huge. It has 3 floors, has 2 master bedrooms, 1 children/teen rooms, a nursery 3 full bath+ 1 „two in one" bath. It also has a terrace for barbecue and entertainment. It's very expensive, but it has almost all the facilities.
The houseboat is modern and is ready for launch on the water.

I do have all of the store stuff and all expansions and most
stuff packs plus I did use some extra CC, listed here just in
case it does not travel: (study) Simply Styling, painting,
flower double 01; (child's bed) Pink Rabbit, painting, square
dino painting; (master and living) One Billion Pixels, candles
and holders, (that's the name on the site, candles and
holders).
Ok, so I went with an eclectic colour scheme (my son has
dubbed it ass kissing - lots of purple, since I have decorator
ADD and needed to focus on something), and Skadi, do you know
how hard it is to find dino stuff!? Yeesh! But, since purple
and dinos are included, do I get extra points? lol
