When did it start refreshing motives when in use? Also, is there a mod to prevent it from happening - ro more importantly, is there a mod that is causing it in the first place? Extensive seraching of my mods folders implies that it's now game function, but I would be very happy to be proven wrong.

Yes, I have some of the toddler content from Aurora Skies. To wit, the baby swing, playpen and walker. I don't have the kindergarten lot (ugly much?!) but I do have the world file itself in the appropriate place (for later use after doing a cull of the lots & replacing with my own). Playing around with removing these elements has not changed the motive refresh on the table. Yes, I am trying with a brand new table each time I test. Yes, I also have the most up-to-date KT fixes and all in the requisite folders according to the thread's instructions.

So, any ideas on what I'm missing here?

I honestly haven't noticed with the activity table, but the playpen constantly refreshed my toddler's motives to the point where it was game-breaking.

This mod supposedly fixes that, although I'm not sure if it needs to be updated for 1.55.

I have it & it fixes all the other items, but not the activity table. I'm going to have to go divide & conquer the next time I have a toddler in game & see if I can track down the source of the borkeness because it's driving me batty!
