Build with patch 1.55. A have all EP and SP less Island Paradise (not yet).
I will never be able to build this house like a really houseboat, seeing the pre-made lot dimensions of houseboat on the new EP (founded on thesims3 site) so, this is a lacustrian house.
Do the technical limitation of the games, the house can't be reproduced 100%.

The only CC used were the windows to front (second floor)... and they are included in rar like packages.

Oh, I'm SO happy this one will roll over. I have a bazillion ideas, but no chance to implement them until mid-July.
I don't know shit about the Vampire Diaries, but I am impressed by the sheer size of that house.
