Another tiny house for your sims just starting out in life.
This house was built in an abandoned car repair shop. It features two parking spots, a bathroom and laundry facilities downstairs, and a lovely little studio apartment upstairs.
Furnished: §16,223 (I used the AM wandhere command to get the price lower)
Unfurnished: §14,462

I like the notion this is built in an abandoned car repair place. That's given me a few ideas of my own. I've always enjoyed re-purposed housing, and after seeing all these lots again I feel a bit of a building bug starting to grow.
