I installed the super patch just fine, removed some out of date mods, and everything is fine, no CTDs. Have you removed all of your mods/CC just incase something is out of date.

I finally resolved the issue, I had to tweek a few settings, and also reinstall Origin. It finally installed, and the game seems to be stable at this point.

With this patch, it seems ghost hauntings have turned into giant queue-stomping massacres.
