Lucky Palms fails to recognize the existence of arred EPs?

Yzisme:
I downloaded and decrapped Lucky Palms from here. Although Store worlds are supposed to recognize which EPs you have and plop down the respective lots, it only did that with one EP- Ambitions, the only one I bought.
Is this normal? Am I being stupid?
I'm guessing that either I installed the EP's wrong (I don't use cracks, just Awesomemod's NoCD) or it somehow checks. I can, of course, download the lots I'm missing separately, but I'd really like to know what went wrong and fix it.

witch:
I have all arred EPs. A little wizard popped up and asked if I wanted to be guided through placing the Showtime lots. I said yes, out of curiosity. The first two lots I was offered, starting with the largest and working down, had no available lot I could find to place them on. So I cancelled out. The Pets equestrian stuff I had to place myself, but the adoption household established itself fine. Otherwise I had to place stylist/tattooist, consignment store and junkyard. Can't remember if the pictures lot was there or if I placed it.

All the lots should be available on the community lots tab in edit town.

Yzisme:
But those are lots that came with the EPs, no? The Store worlds come with prebuilt lots for EPs, such as those placed by the game for Ambitions. I've had the same problem with Lunar Lakes, but I was under the impression that it was because I torrented the town.

J. M. Pescado:
Who knows? I never get those messages because I have an STFU mod I made for that.

jezzer:
Just place the lots manually and quit whining about it.  The game's auto-placement sucks anyway, and you end up with most of them rotated out to face the wrong way, or in lots that are twice as big as they need to be.  You're better off placing them yourself.
