In KT's instructions, it says the fix assumes all premium content was installed the same way. Well I use packages for all of mine, but I have a legit version of Hidden Springs installed, so my FoY is installed via the launcher. Would that be the problem?
No, you probably don't have a legit overrides folder. Try making a new folder in the folder you keep your store packages and put my fixes in there.

I have all that done though, that's why the fixes work for my other premium items. I guess I'll just be going on without the gambling skill.

This thread is for store items. I believe this was already pointed out to you so please make sure you search first in the right place instead of cluttering up this thread.
KT set me straight already, but thanks for the information, again. Also, I always search first.

Miss Malevolent, don't double post. Edit your first post instead.
Fixed
Capitaine Marie:
Is anyone else having issues with the Deep Fat Fryer? The Fryer *was* in my game, but now it's disappeared; everything else is still there. Most of my Store CC are installed as decrapped .Sims3Packs. My ccmerged.package is in the DCBackup folder, intact (I did a reinstall). The ccmerged_decrapped.package and Store Fix are in the Overrides folder.
Is there something I'm missing?

I haven't experienced it myself but according to people at the TS3 forums the fryer uninstalls itself occasionally. I'm pretty sure they acquired the item legally so I don't think that the frying being arrr'd is the problem. Nobody knows what causes it or how to fix it.
