So am I to understand I should not install patch 1.32, or is it safe? Some people are reporting issues, while others are not, I want to be sure on this before I take the plunge.

The way I see it is that sooner or later you are going to have to install it, either now with the test version AM or later when the actual version is ready. The only thing the patch does is block your CC from sticking to your sims during SimPort.

virgali:
Patch 1.32 is as safe to install as any other EA patch. They pulled the superpatch that contained the EP7 stuff which I believe was the only issue with 1.32.

Cathy:
I'm always terrified with patches, so it's good to know what is can do besides "fixing" the game...

witch:
So I installed the super 1.32 patch before it was pulled. It works fine with test AM. I guess there's no way a patch can be uninstalled, so I will have to wait for EAxis to fix with another patch? I'm not prepared to reinstall, I'll just wait and see, unless someone has a bright idea.

It should be fine. Patch 1.32 doesn't change anything major. I'm waiting it out too, there's no way I'm re-installing everything again. Even the new sliders won't conflict since you can increase the amount you can have with AM.
