A way to lower success percent of woohoo?

I highly recommend checking all of your installation for mods because what you are experiencing should not happen without a mod.

No. It wasn't obvious. The way you spout misinformation everywhere else on the forum, anyone would be excused for thinking that you believed this to be true as well. The addition of "lol" at the end of a sentence doesn't automatically make it "sarcasm", it just makes you look like an idiot.
