Recategorising a necklace

Can anyone help me out with the necklace?

NOW THAT YOU HAVE LEARNED THE JOYS OF PROPER CAPITALIZATION, I used to use a program Jfade created called "Wardrobe Wrangler" to recategorize clothing and accessories, but he closed his site down.  You could try PMing him.

I already did use it, and read the guide, but it still wont work, I loaded the file that contains the necklace, the file was originally a sims2pack from the exchange, that I installed using sims2pack Clean Installer, so should I edit the package before installing it or after installing it?
