What about descriptions for hacks in the Test folder.  Are they to be found anywhere at all?

No, because they're still in testing, and if you don't know what they do you shouldn't be using them. :)

Mordant:
I've done tons of searching, but no luck. So, what is ofbminifixes ?

This item is now just "ofbfixes". It replaces waiterfixes, bandatronmovefixes, and adds other fixes for OFB+. See new RTFM. Too much bother maintaining individual seperate fixes now.

Gamblor:
Any one willing to do a breakdown description on the new shiny Autonomy Control system so I can understand how to use it to its full potential. I see in Pescado description you can stop Autonomy with one Sim or with many but by many is it just the lot or whole hood? Can this hack work in reverse to make say non-autonomy reward objects autonomous?

Both. It's up to you. You can proscribe things by any level of organization recognized by the game: Individual Sims, individual households, individual lots, or the entire neighborhood. No, it does not work in reverse: A non-autonomous object has none of the hooks needed to induce a sim to use it autonomously.
