How can I "ungay" my sim?

This usually wouldn't be a problem but I planned to use him for breeding with a certain female sim . :D

Is there any way I can make him straight again?

I did but now he doesn't have the option to begin any romantic interactions with any female. The option just doesn't show up.

That is unusual, since there is nothng which should prevent you from ordering anything. Does your sim have the option to do anything with ANYONE? Perhaps your relationship level is just too low.
