My household is borked. How do I delete it?

Okay, here I present you with yet another problem: I have one household that is borked somehow, and every time I select it, the interface panel flops, and that's it for the game session. I have tried evicting the offending household, but the game crashes. I have tried deleting sims, but the one guy that's causing the problem is unselectable, and deleting him does nothing. How do I delete this household and keep the neighbourhood intact?
Further info: I believe the problem was originally caused by removing and re-adding the sim's skintone file from the game. He had the black skin for a while, until I edited him in CAS.

I'm going to guess that you are about to receive the mushroom cloud reply from Pescado. From my own trial and error, removing skin tones and then loading and saving a game that relies on them does really bad things to the saved game.

I'm going to have to disagree with you on that one furry. But then again it seems like everyone's game runs differently. I usually like to try out a lot of different skin tones when I'm making my sims, and save many different versions of said sims, many times leaving them with the black non skin once I find a better skin tone. All you have to do is slap a new skin on them and reset the hair, then everything is good to go, usually.
PA:
Not sure if there is a way through AM, but NRaas Master Controller has a Total Annihilation option that's usable without selecting the Sim. Might be worth a try.
Ryslin:
therapture will remove everyone but your chosen (worth a shot?) (awesome command)
