CC (sims pack) not working? Please help!

 >:( I have downloaded some of the updates through here. They were simpackfiles. I installed them through the launcher and they went into "installed content". So I went in-game and the items, clothes, etc. werent there! So i checked the launcher again, and It was like i had never installed it!!

BTW, this is my first post so sorry if I sound like a total noob. :/

Yeah, you might have trouble finding it at first, because every idiot posts a new thread about it instead of searching for the answer.  Just keep looking.
