CC preview program?

Help my ignorant soul by answering this question of mine:

Is there a program that allows you to browse the CC package files that returns a preview/thumbnail and information to that package file (or several previews if the package has more than one item)?

Not that I've heard of, since previewing is rather nonstandard and varies by content. The Launcher will actually show you the supplied thumbnails, if any exist, but their inclusion is optional and arbitrary. There is no program I know of which actually renders the object.
