Shadow wtf?

I've got some sort of problem with object shadows:
What is this?

...Those are ingame objects, specifically witch reagents, and the shadows are definitely not supposed to look like that.

Do you get it with all/most objects or just these ones?

oopss:
They're under some in-game objects (including medium size of garbage pile and womens' bathroom door sign).
