Custom Loading Screens, again.

I cannot figure out how to change the color of the A.) Text B.) the green loading bar. I think I've come to the conclusion that the loading bar is not an image but a value, like the text color. I THINK, because I couldn't find an image for it that the UI LAYO file uses and I think I checked them all. Also I couldn't find any six digit color values in the UI Layo file, if that's even the right place to look. I will be playing around with this myself of coarse but in the mean time if anyone knows the answer that would be great.

Only guessing here, but I think the point might be to make custom loading screens. This is all just speculation though.

I'm trying to make my own custom loading screen and those are the last two things I need to figure out how to change.

I'm well aware of the purpose, but I'm still wonder why in the great big blue fuck anyone would want to.
