We DO help people who have problems that haven't already been discussed to death, but when someone clearly did not do their homework and/or is too lazy to make even the slightest attempt at helping themselves, they're going to get sporked mercilesslly. Perhaps you should take a peek at the FAQ and then go BAWWWWWing back to whatever sheltered existence spawned you.
