I made a small island world. It doesn't come with houses but has around 50 res lots with room for some more.

I still have it set as in testing but haven't found anything wrong with it.

OHAI I POOPED THIS PERFECTLY SQUARE ISLAND OUT FOR YOU

Zazazu:
Shh...it's still better than that one person they keep featuring over at My Sims 3 Blog, who only creates squares. At least this one has different terrains. Still, square.

This is my current. You cannot haz. Well, you can haz, but it is so full of cc that you won't want. I'm playing with the idea of creating a small rural 'hood in a valley. That one will be built with the idea of sharing, since I finally got it completely right and bug-free with Abelline.

That's pretteh. I want to haz eet! (Hits the Search).
Lazycat should take a page out of your book.

Claeric:
I am of the opinion that my island is pretty sweet...mostly because I really like the shallow water around it.

Someone used the world editor to make it into a military outpost type thing. A couple people, actually...so I guess there's enough space for an actual town if you don't require mansions.

But for the most part, most custom worlds out there are just...bad. They're either too ambitious and unfinished, or fully finished but very poorly put together, or just half-done in general. Or they're square. Or they insist on using the really dark green grass which just looks horrible all over. Unpolished is the word, I guess.

Zazazu, Your current one looks really nice. I thought the same of another one you made that I saw pictures of awhile back.  Not to my taste for playing though. You like your lots much smaller then I do.  ;)  SI wasn't originally going to be finished or shared but some of my friends wanted it (and I liked my first waterfall). I was just trying to get the hang of the tools in CAW.  :D  I learned a lot while making it and it's plays great so it'll do for me until I make others.  I'm liking the tools in CAW, although it feels a bit slow & clunky at times. We can do so much more then we could with SC4 for TS2 terrains.

Stupid-cunt & jerkoffcraig, So what worlds have you two twatwaffles made?
