Phone jump bug on mouse-over

I recently acquired the Sims 2 with all EPs. However with the Director's Cut installed if I mouse over the phone it errors and the selected sim resets. I have no non-Awesome mods installed. What am I doing wrong?

Also is alt-tabbing out of the game while it's loading a VBT?

Did you make sure your phone hack is from the latest (AL) Director's Cut? Older versions will cause will errors, although I've never had one quite like you described. Also, I know you said you have no non-Awesome mods, but do you have any other cc at all? If so, try taking it out; you'd be amazed at some of the stuff that can conflict.

No, I have no other custom content. It seems the phonehack in the director's cut has a different CRC32 value and earlier modified time to the one I downloaded just now via the phonehack thread. And yes, I have the latest AL version of the director's cut.

EDIT: The hack in this thread works. Pescado needs to update his shit.

Reuploaded and checked the DC packs. Everything looks the same to me.

I have this same problem. I figured it was a phonehack conflict, but I have non-awesome mods (bad me, I know) and didn't know what side it was from. I will try the linked mod and see if it helps any.
