Boss keeps changing.

I never seemed to have this issue before, but with the newer versions of AwesomeMod I've noticed that bosses at workplaces keep changing.  This normally wouldn't be that big of a deal, but it makes it more annoying to try and have a good relationship with them if they keep getting replaced.  Is this normal behavior for the mod, or is something wrong?

This is normal behavior for the mod.  When a person receives multiple promotions, he or she will surpass the current boss at some point.  AM uses that same behavior.

Having a new ass to kiss is an entirely normal part of being promoted in real life, so why should it be different in the game?
