Keirra, I have tired using as is and after decrapifying I get the message either way.

Morriganrant thank you so much your advise worked like a charm. Finally some help since the numb nuts over at EA have not been able to help in 7 months. Until the latest patch I could not even get my store items to dl let alone install.
