Have your .dbc files been modified or changed size at the time you installed? If so,your content is there. Update your decrapifier too. I just installed everything from the downloads thread last night and it all worked fine.

I've tried searching the forum and scrolling through pages of this thread without finding what I need.
How do I install Riverview without using the launcher? I have downloaded the Riverview file from here but can't find instructions on how to install.

That's what happens with my decrapified files if I just use the drag-and-drop method. They install, show up in the 'installed items', but as soon as I start the game they are uninstalled again. Just like unmodified store files.
When I decrapify/recompress from the command line, the installed items show up in the game and they stay installed. I haven't got a clue why it would make a difference, but in my case it does.

In order to use the drag and drop method to decrapify, I think the packages you're decrapifying have to be in the same folder as decrapify.exe and s3rc.exe. You can't drag and drop from another folder.

Well obviously you people are doing something wrong. Just read and follow the numerous tutorials and keep at it until something works. EPIC FAIL.
