I got them decrapified, but it doesn't install anyway. Ugh, I hate sims3packs. It's just the way how EA pisses off users.

Well your first mistake was coming here and crying about how EA is making it so hard for you to pirate their stuff. Boo Hoo. Everyone else has figured it out, go read a tutorial or two and try again.
