Then you learn how to extract the .packages from the Sims3pack and how to combine the packages.

Oui, I have. Just that afterwards, instead of the name of each download it is replaced with numbers and letters; as it was a code.

Not when you install as sims3packs and are playing on a machine that meets and exceeds the requirements like you are supposed to.
