ETA: There's also a new compilation that includes stuff already posted here. I believe it's the Storybook and Faire Folk sets.

Is it the same mesh with merely a few edits?

I see the resemblance but I think we can only know for sure when someone donates the set.
ETA: The converted one looks a lot better.

I looked over the store info and couldn't find it listed already, so I had already tried that.
I did use the search box looking for it but no luck, however thank you to the people who were kind enough to respond to me.
