I think we already have quite a few free items in the Downloads Thread, like the Cars and some sets. I know that some people cannot always download from the official site.

It's only "free" if you're prepared to register your game, and since registration leads to confiscation, this is a bad idea, so even "free" Store Items must be reprocessed.

I have noticed that some people write S3PACK UNTOUCHED or anything like that in "TS3 Store, DOWNLOADS only" forum.
and this item (Katy Perry Poster) don't need a registered game, only registration on official site
