If it helps you locate it, use the EP filter option on the catalogue so that it only shows Store content. Unless you're using packages of course then you would probably need to filter it to CC.

Ok but I have no clue what I am looking for when I just showing store items or what category its even in. Or what it even looks like. I have to many things in my download folder that are from the store from here. So if you could be more specific what to look for I would be grateful.

If you ctrl+shift+c then testingcheatsenabled true, shift+click on a community lot, choose Build here, then click the Community category, you will find it in the first tab, among other rabbit hole building objects, like other shells, you just have to put it on a community lot for your sim to disappear into it to collect some skydiving experience pop up.
Without the cheat, I think you could go to Edit Town, then choose to build on a community lot.
