Does not work as in how? I have it in my game thanks to icantbebothered and had no trouble getting it to install, but the damn thing doesn't work as in, no sims can interact with it. I have tried to get my pre-existing family to cast spells but they bounce away from it. So I put the whole library into a new town and made a new family thinking it may help and the same thing happens.
I have searched and found a couple of people having the same problem but there doesn't seem to be a solution anywhere.
