Yes, I did read that, but I wanted to know whether I could run it at all. That was probably a stupid question on my part, but unless a WA world is attached to the neighborhood, why would you need WA?

Probably because it's a save from a game with Ambitions and WA, you don't even have the world it's saved in unless you have Ambitions.

Well, I DO have AMB. I had WA before, but I had to uninstall it because of A STUPID LAUNCHER BUG (this was before I knew about MATY and MTS and how the launcher is evil), and I was unable to reinstall it.
