Make sure you are installing the correct version of the patch for your region.

Yeah, see, that sort of thing would have been discovered by a search or a thorough reading of pretty much every thread here regarding patching, not to mention in the links on the TS3 Patching guide at MTS2 that Mosquito linked to and the OP claims to have read.

I made the mistake of uninstalling my entire game after the CTD with ambitions.  When I reinstalled I couldn't get the launcher or EADM to work so I couldn't update.  My game couldn't be patched manually unless I used the links from MTS.

My search of google, MTS, and this forum brought up lots of suggestions...which I tried. That MTS guide was the first thing to pop up in google. Some worked, some didnt, some were for a different result. I was hoping someone would know anything about why UI.package keeps breaking.
