Clothing missing up my toddlers and infants

 >:( I have this outfit in the game that will not go away.. It is a cutie however it is made for adults but is shows up every where evening for may toddlers and infants. it is basis on the swimmer. I have tried several differents was like doing my sims and clothing. deleting the cache files... What am I doing wrong... Help somebody help....
