Open Fridgespace Portal?

Hi! I was playing the Sims when I Ctrl+Clicked on something and saw that one of the options was "Open Fridgespace Portal." It had a purple icon next to it.  I didn't click on it, and I don't know what I clicked on, so I can't really cilck on it again.

Any ideas as to what this is?
