This makes me think it's not a patch issue.
Did you compressorize your cc?
Are you running Sims 3 packs instead of packages or .dbc archives?

All of my cc are packages...before i updated to the new patch, i took all of my .package cc out and just put it back after the update..and it started showing up that way..weird :-\
