I think we need a big donation drive so we can buy a year's worth of servar, since people aren't mean enough to keep the month by month thing viable.

I think you're right. That and a "progress to total" bar like Delphy does, or at least a "this is what we have/this is what we need" figure right at the beginning of the thread. We keep filling it up and not quite reaching the total, and if we'd have got ourselves organised by now, we would be there already.
