To clarify: My Documents is a folder that is located in the root of your drive, usually C:. NOT in your Program files ffs. Program files is another folder that's also found in your c: drive. That's where you're trying to look now, get out of there and start again.

ETA: So instead of having to use the launcher to download the sims3packs I got from here, can I place them directly into the downloads folder?
