Hell, damn, shit, piss, & all those other words! No sound!

I patched to 1.8/2.3, carefully using GnatGoSplat's instructions for retaining use of the Launcher. I also used Delphy's framework installer to keep arrr'ed store content. Now after playing my game for awhile, I suddenly have no sound; a restart fixes it. Is anyone else having the same problem?

It's just annoying, because I had to restart my game a couple times last night.

actually, I had a similar problem when I first installed the framework and AM after all the WA changes and this last patch. I just had no sound from the loading screen onward. I can't remember the exact fix because I tried several things...but I think you may need to update the framework (the files to download are on the AM download thread).

Edit: Looks like I already have the latest version of the framework, but I'll try reinstalling it.

I know this is from January, and it's February now, but wasn't this an issue with too many stereos on at the same time or something like that?
It was an issue I read about long ago, if I remember correctly.
Twallan's NRaas Computer automatically turns off stereos every night to remedy this, unless you already have the computer, in which case I don't know what's causing the problems with your sound.
